Before adding an automatic payment, enter the bank account, debit card, credit card, or other source it is paid from.
Your browser remembers your working copy on this device. The Organizer does not store it, so keep a separate saved copy somewhere safe.
This is the copy to use if you want to keep editing your Auto-Pay Organizer later or move it to another phone, tablet, or computer. The backup is protected with a password you choose. Prepared does not receive the file or the password.
Good places to keep the encrypted backup are locations you already protect and know how to reach later, such as:
If access to a cloud account may matter later, record that account and its recovery path in Prepared.
This creates a copy that can be opened and read without returning to the Auto-Pay Organizer. On a phone, you may be able to use the normal Share screen to save it to cloud storage, send it to yourself, or share it with a trusted person. On a computer, it can also be saved and printed.
This readable copy is not encrypted. Keep it only in a protected location you would trust with a readable list of your payment sources and automatic payments. Avoid public or broadly shared folders.
Remove this Auto-Pay Organizer from this device
Use this only when you intentionally want to erase the working copy stored in this browser, such as before giving away or replacing a device. It does not erase backup files or readable copies you saved elsewhere. Save an encrypted backup first if you want to keep the map.
